Instructions for Making Spinach And A Feta Breakfast Wrap

  • First of all, you have to make the sun-dried tomato cream cheese spread. For that sake, put the cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and olive oil in a blender or food processor to pulse it. Keep on pulsing this mixture until it finely blends, and small chunks of dried tomato found. Then, add salt and black pepper and keep it aside.
  • Pour some olive oil in a large skillet with medium heat of the stove. After getting hot,  add the spinach and cook it with occasional stirring. Cook the spinach until it comes wilted. Take it out from the large skillet and set aside for cooling down.
  • Add egg whites to the same skillet and pinch it off with salt and pepper. Cook it with the help of a spatula and set it that takes 2 minutes. With a spatula, fold the cooked egg whites and put them aside.
  • Take the wrap, spread a layer of the cream cheese evenly on it. Add some spinach consistently on the cream cheese layer, then add feta cheese at the top. Put the egg whites at the one edge of the wrap.
  • After that, roll the wrap properly and put it on the skillet over medium-low heat. Cook the wrap until it turns brown from both sides.
